Local ResourcesMNPC has a transaction feedback system that enables members to know who are trustworthy during FSOT, Swap, or Co-Op interactions. Feedback needs to be factual and without emotion. Please remember that
name-calling is against the rules anywhere on MNPC, including feedback. Also, it is perfectly acceptable to request feedback from those who you have
had transactions with. Even friendly reminders are often appreciated as
life gets busy. :)
Just a note: If you have had a negative experience with a member, please try to resolve the issue via Private Message (PM) and/or through a MNPC Team member before submitting your negative feedback. Give the member a chance to rectify the situation first before posting feedback.
HOW TO SUBMIT A FEEDBACK:
1. To submit feedback for another member, you can use one of two methods:
Go to the member's user profile. On the Summary page, scroll down. Towards the bottom, you will see this:
Click on "Submit feedback for username" to begin the process.
or
You may click on the number next the words "Trade Count" located in a member's user profile within a post.
2. Once you click on the number, you will come to the member's Trader Overview screen. Click on "Submit feedback for username".
3. Now you can submit your feedback for the member.
a. You'll select whether you were the buyer, the seller, or if it was a trade.
b. Next, select if the transaction was Positive, Neutral, or Negative.
c. Finally, enter your comments.
d. Click "Submit Feedback" when you have finished.
4. Upon clicking on the "Submit Feedback" button, you will come back to the Trader Overview screen and see your comment posted.
You'll also see your comment added to the member's Trade Count.
And that's all there is to that! :D
